Information on estimated costs and length of treatment required. Based on the patient’s diagnosis and medical data, we will help ask a doctor’s medical opinion regarding information on estimated costs and the length of treatment required to the hospital to be visited.
Appointment & consultation with the right doctor. We will arrange an appointment with the right doctor according to the complaint / disease diagnosis and the time the patient wants.
General medical check-up arrangements. We provide information on several alternative general medical check-up packages for anyone who wants to know their general medical condition and will register it according to the package and time desired.
Inpatient arrangement. Before the patient arrives at the hospital he wants to go to, we will help order a room and inform the patient’s condition data to the doctor who will treat him.
Medical evacuation arrangements. For patients with critical medical conditions, we provide medical evacuation services (domestic / international) either by ambulance, commercial aircraft or charter aircraft with a professional medical team. For patients with non-critical medical conditions we also provide medical assistance by professional nurses.
Accommodation and transportation arrangements. We will help to find information and arrange accommodation (hotel / apartment) and transportation as long as the patient and family are in the country where the patient is seeking treatment.
Translation services arrangements. Currently, language is not an obstacle for patients who wish to seek medical treatment abroad. We can help arrange for an interpreter to assist patients when they are in consultation with a doctor or in the hospital.
Passport / visa arrangement. We will assist in the process of obtaining a passport / visa for medical travel needs of patients and their families through our professional partners.
